Sand Future employees are like family to us. They take pride in their work and we in them.
Our staff members enjoy excellent employment benefits, including sports and recreational activities, cultural development and ongoing skills training. It is one of the best investments a company can make and we have an unusually high retention rate as a result. This matters a lot and we believe that there is a direct link between our employees’ welfare and the quality of our products and the consistency in how we do business with you. Here are some of the activities we do on a regular basis:

Monthly Birthday Party
Every month, all our employees meet to celebrate their colleagues’ birthday with games and cake in the factory canteen. This is a recurring event twelve times a year that brings joy, spirit and togetherness amongst our office people and factory workers.

The World Runs for LittleBigHelp – May 30, 2021
This years family charity run was in support of LittleBigHelp where everyone ran or walked 3km and donated to the charity box. The weather was perfect and the kids loved receiving medals and getting a big slice of cake.
Many of our employees joined SAND when their children were young babies. Now, years later, babies have become young teenagers and it is really nice to see how they have made friendships and can’t wait for the next company event.

Annual Family Christmas Day – Dec 2019
Kids day! Every year we host a family Christmas party where we invite family members for a day of fun activities. 2018 was at an outdoor adventure park and this year we kept warm inside with exotic animals. It’s really fun to see how the kids have grown every year and many of them have made friends and look forward to this annual event.
A favorite part of the Christmas day is Santa Clause who gives out cool gifts for all kids. Parents are usually quite jealous 🙂

Charity Run – July 2019
Staying fit, giving back to society and constantly strengthening our team work – Sand Future’s annual charity event is a day everyone look forward to. This year we gathered at a local park in Shanghai where we did a mix of activities including relay race.
Allan’s parents and his son Jakob joined and got a good laugh and lots of sweat on the foreheads. Join us again next year 😊
